Why does God use men to do miracles?

Why does God use men to do miracles? Why not just heal people while they're sleeping or heal people while they're walking down the street?

Let's look at the two possibilities:
Scenario 1: God heals them while they walk down the street.
  • Man A: *walking*. BOOM. Ankle healed.
  • Man A thinks: "What happened?! My ankle is totally better! It just popped and clicked and now it works! I must have stepped it back into place or something. Lucky me!"

Scenario 2: God heals after someone prays.
  • Man A: *walking*
  • Christian: "Hey, I see you're limping. What happened to your ankle?"
  • Man A: "I twisted it stepping out of the elevator yesterday."
  • Christian: "Oh man. Sorry. Would you mind if I prayed for it? I've seen God heal ankles before, so it's possible that yours could be healed, too!"
  • Man A: "Nothing to lose, I suppose."
  • Christian: "Jesus, come reveal yourself to this man by healing his ankle. Your will be done. Please show love to Him. Amen."
  • Man A: "Whoa. It feels better." *Tries stepping on it different ways. Tries walking.* "Wow. It's better. Thank you for praying for me."
  • Christian: "No problem. If you end up with any questions or end up wondering how this was possible, you can call me and I'd love to talk with you." *gives phone number* "Have a good day."
  • Man A: "Thanks."

The ONLY benefit to involving a man is to tell Man A that it was God and not chance.
So, if you someone is healed at your hands, make sure that they know why. It's literally the whole point of God using us.
